We also has right to cancel if any force majors exist that make it impossible for us to commit on scheduled event agreed upon before. In any of such event we will return 100% All of money received/being paid to Wisata America if the cancelation made /caused/called by us. Any money spent by travelers that is not paid directly to Wisata America is not our responsibility to bear and return.
Wisata America values and take seriously travelers privacy and strictly keep your program with us in confidential. We will never disclosed your information or exposed your pictures and activities or such to any third party or social platforms unless permission is given for marketing purpose only and/or with traveler consent. Please notify us in advance in this matter or immediately after/ later you change your mind or feel unpleasant when seeing you are exposed, so we will immediately make sure to take them off from our platforms.
